The training is developed with State of Maine (DHHS) funding or by a recognized national or regional Early Childhood Education organization and is delivered by a qualified trainer. The training does not duplicate the MRTQ Core Knowledge Training curricula, has a written curriculum, clearly defined goals and learning objectives and is based upon Maine Early childhood Core Knowledge areas.
